Yes! We are always on the Hunt for the Freshest Ingredients to Create Our Products. The key to all natural products is to ensure the products are potent and as fresh as possible.

Our Products are all 100% natural and are made with fresh Ingredients. This does mean that their shelf life may be somewhat Lower than traditional beauty products but that's the trade off! The Shelf Life of our Products do Range from 1 Month to 5 Years.

Yes, company tours can easily be booked via our website.

Bookable all year round (except during company holidays).

Group size and costs:
Up to 10 people, flat rate CHF 250.--, each additional person CHF 25.--, including giveaway and coffee/water

Maximum number of participants: 30 people (larger groups on request).

Especially suitable for companies, clubs, school classes, class reunions, etc. Apéro available on request (not included in the price).

Orders

Because our Products are handmade, we need about 3-4 Days to pack and ship your full order. Orders Placed after our afternoon cutoff will ship the next business day.

Our products are handcrafted in the KoKoTé manufactory in Uri – using high-quality, durable, and sustainable materials. Our production costs are in the higher segment because we pay Swiss wages and, whenever possible, source our materials in Europe to minimize our environmental footprint. If you’re not happy with a certain product, that's okay! We just ask that returned items be 50% intact and returned with their original packaging. You can return items up to 30 days after the date it was shipped.

Yes, you can bring your defective product to our Zurich shop (Stüssihofstatt 11 in Niederdorf) or send it to our KoKoTé workshop (address: Ried 2b, 6467 Schattdorf) within 2 years (5 years for the ZuZi). We will repair it as quickly as possible and send it back to you. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

You can find a selection of our products at our retail locations: in our Zurich shop, from April 2026 at the Kaiserhaus in Bern, and at our factory in Schattdorf. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received and provided the goods are available. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. We ship via B-Post Economy, so packages typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Orders can also be conveniently and free of charge picked up at the KoKoTé factory in Schattdorf (Uri). Pick-up at the shop in Zurich (Stüssihofstadt 11) will also be available in the coming days, and from April 2026, orders can also be picked up at the Kaiserhaus in Bern. Pick-ups are possible during the respective opening hours. You will receive a pick-up invitation by email as soon as your ordered item is ready for collection. The "Pick-up" option can be selected as the shipping method during checkout.

Yes, KoKoTé also delivers internationally. For a more precise calculation of the shipping costs to your desired location, we recommend that you send us an email to info@kokote.com .

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the returned products are unused and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the order has already been paid for and the goods are returned on time and in proper condition, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. For an exchange for a different color, size, or product, please contact us at info@kokote.com . For products under CHF 90, the standard shipping fee of CHF 8 applies to exchanges.
