Shipping policy

Shipment:

For orders with a total value of up to CHF 90, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 8. From an order value of CHF 90, delivery takes place free of charge and we cover the shipping costs for you. Orders that enter into until 12 p.m. in the afternoon are usually edited and sent on the same day. Orders that are made on weekends will be edited and sent on Monday. We ship with B-Post Economy, so that the packages usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after shipping.

Collection:

Orders can also be conveniently and free of charge in the KoKoTé Manufaktur in Schattdorf, Uri can be picked up. Collections are possible during our opening hours. You will receive a collection invitation by email as soon as the item ordered is ready for you. The "collection" option can be selected as a shipping method during the checkout.
