Refund policy

Return:

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that the returned products are unused and are in the same condition as with preservation. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. If the order has already been paid and the goods have been sent back on time and properly, we reimburse the purchase price minus the delivery costs.

Exchange:

For an exchange for another color, size or another product, please contact us at info@kokote.com. In the case of products below CHF 90, the regular shipping costs of CHF 8 are incurred.
