I am a Swiss with roots in Turkey and has been part of the team since January 2022 KoKoTé. After my commercial apprenticeship, I worked in various industries, including advocacy, real estate management, personnel, health and education. I also worked politically as a district administrator in Uri for four years.
At KoKoTé I am for fundraising and coordinating the educational measures of the Association Equilibre responsible. I act as an interface between the foundation and the management and, thanks to my structured way of working, keep an overview of several projects. In the factory I bring in my diverse knowledge and support the team wherever help is needed - not just in administration.I am a team player and understand my fellow human beings, even if her German is not always perfect.The conversations with the employees: on the inside with their different origins are very enriching.Here the meaningfulness of my activity is really expressed.
The topic of integration has been with me since childhood because my parents came to Switzerland as a guest worker.I know the difficulties and had to learn what is important for good integration.I would be happy to pass on these experiences. My wish is health and satisfaction for everyone. For me the path is the goal.The joint experiences and the professional experiences that I gain in my backpack will show me where.
