Last week we celebrated the tenth anniversary of our supporter, the Association Equilibre . The team from Zurich, our mentors, and business partners gathered at our factory and spent a pleasant afternoon together.
The successes we were able to celebrate:
- All participants in the longer-term education programs were able to completely free themselves from social assistance and are now financially independent in their professional lives.
- Eighteen adults with a refugee background have successfully completed vocational training . According to an evaluation, this success translates into savings in the millions for the public sector .
We were also very optimistic about the future. Thanks to newly allocated funding, the women's empowerment program can enter its second phase with a new group. If that wasn't a reason to celebrate...
