I was an accountant in Syria and my life was about numbers and an organized life as a mother. Until the day on which I had to pack the most necessary for my three children and leave everything behind. I couldn't have calculated that I would arrive at Kokoté and be so happy on any computer or in my wildest imagination. It was not written in the night sky that I would become a seamstress with a Swiss bag manufacturer.
What I didn't know is that in addition to my talent and joy in mathematics and numerical games, I also have a creative streak. At Kokoté I found that I am able to do things that people like. Even our designer! When we developed the “Cerveau” laptople, I was able to help with all the small details in the area of sewing and design to make the product more practical and safer. After all, it is used for the most important tool in our life, our laptop. I often had to unpack it and unpack it. The “Cerveau” is minimalistic and practical, which was important to me because I know from my previous job how it is to run around with a laptop. Balancing office files, handbags and laptops, the toast on doors and the dull noise of clash can drive your cold sweat onto your forehead.
The update of three children and hard work taught me a lot about organization. Now all three children have grown up and I can concentrate on my newly found creativity. Well, I have forgotten to mention that my children became jealous when I completed my training as a textile practitioner EBA in Switzerland. I have reached higher grades than they! In fact, I could have been the mother of my vocational school colleagues because I was the oldest learner in Switzerland. It's never too late.
