Shipping & Returns
All your questions about shipping and returns will be answered here.
Shipment:
For orders with a total value of up to CHF 90, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 8. For orders over CHF 90, delivery is free and we will cover the shipping costs for you. Orders received by 12 p.m. are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. We ship with B-Post Economy, so the packages usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days at the latest after shipping.
Collection:
Orders can also be picked up conveniently and free of charge at the KoKoTé factory in Schattdorf, Uri. Collections are possible during our opening hours. You will receive a pickup invitation by email as soon as the ordered item is ready for you. The "Pickup" option can be selected as a shipping method during checkout.
Return:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the returned products are unused and in the same condition as when received. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. If the order has already been paid for and the goods have been returned on time and properly, we will refund the purchase price minus delivery costs.
Exchange:
To exchange for a different color, size or product, please contact us at info@kokote.com. For products under CHF 90, the regular shipping costs of CHF 8 apply.
Payment:
You can pay conveniently and easily using TWINT, credit card (Mastercard and Visa), American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal. We do not offer payment by invoice.
