4. Contract conclusion

The offers on this website represent a non -binding request to the customer, at JLT Company AG / KoKoTé Order products and/or services. By ordering via this website, including the acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude the contract. JLT Company AG then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by email, which confirms that the customer's offer has been received by JLT Company AG. Orders made are binding for the customer. Where not otherwise notes, there is no right of return or withdrawal.

The contract is concluded as soon as JLT Company AG sends a declaration of acceptance by email, in which the shipping of the ordered products or services is confirmed.

Orders are only delivered after a complete receipt of payment and if the goods are available. If after the conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered completely, JLT Company AG is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from one part of the contract. 5. Payment options and retention of title

6. Delivery, obligation to check, notices and returns

The deliveries are sent by post or courier service to the address provided by the customer in the order. With the shipping, the use and danger go to the customer, insofar as this is permitted by law.

If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, JLT Company AG can dissolve the contract by email to the customer after a mooring and with the establishment of a reasonable period of time and invoice the costs for the activities.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to make any defects for JLT Company AG immediately by letter or email to the address info@kokote.com.

Returns to JLT Company AG take place at the account and risk of the customer. The customer has to send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to JLT Company AG, Ried 2b, 6467 Schattdorf.

If the examination by JLT Company AG shows that the goods have no noticeable deficiencies or that they do not fall under the manufacturer's guarantee, JLT Company AG can invoice the customer, the return or any disposal.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer is granted a right of withdrawal during 10 calendar days after receiving the goods. The deadline is considered if the customer sends the written revocation by email to info@kokote.com or letter to JLT Company AG, Ried 2b, 6467 Schattdorf, within the period. The revocation does not require any reason.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer has to send the goods in its original packaging within 10 calendar days, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note to that of JLT Company AG, Ried 2b, 6467 Schattdorf. Returns to JLT Company AG take place at the account and risk of the customer. A payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days if JLT Company AG has already received the goods or the customer can provide proof of shipping.

JLT Company AG reserves the right to claim a reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear or loss of value due to improper use and to deduct the impairment from the purchase price that has already been paid or invoice the customer.

In the following cases, no right of withdrawal is granted:

(i) If the contract has a random element, especially because the price is subject to fluctuations that the provider has no influence.
(II) If the contract has a movable item that is made according to the consumer's requirements or is clearly tailored to personal needs;
