I am Swiss with roots in Turkey and have been part of the KoKoTé team since January 2022. After my commercial training, I worked in various industries, including law, real estate management, human resources, health and education. I was also politically active for four years as a district administrator in Uri.
At KoKoTé, I am responsible for fundraising and coordinating the educational measures of the Association Equilibre . I act as an interface between the foundation and the management and, thanks to my structured way of working, I keep an overview of several projects. In the factory, I contribute my diverse knowledge and support the team wherever help is needed - not just in administration. I am a team player and understand my fellow people, even if their German is not always perfect. The conversations with employees from different backgrounds are very enriching. This is where the meaning of my work really comes to the fore.
The topic of integration has been with me since my childhood, as my parents came to Switzerland as guest workers. I know the difficulties and have had to learn for myself what is important for good integration. I am happy to pass on these experiences. My wish is health and happiness for everyone. For me, the journey is the destination. The shared experiences and the professional experiences that I collect in my backpack will show me where I am going.
