I've been working at the KoKoTé shop in Zurich since the end of 2021. Since I'm a full-time medical student, I can only be in the shop one day a week at most. Last year, I had to take a break from my time here to do an internship at a hospital. But now I'm back and really looking forward to lots of customer interaction!
What I particularly value about my work is the diversity of people I meet. Each visit brings new stories and connections, fostered by the values of KoKoTé.
My most memorable experience in the shop can't be reduced to a single event. It's the many small moments that shape my time here: the smile of the first customer of the day, the joy of a couple with their new ZuZi, or the beaming smile of a small child with their Globi Bag. These encounters make my work truly special and enrich my life.
