Sweepstake Conditions of Participation
1.1 General The competition is organised by JLT Company AG, Ried 2B, 6467 Schattdorf, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser") via the wall of the official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Kokotebags) or the feed of the official Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/kokotebags/?hl=de). By entering the competition, the user (hereinafter referred to as "entrant") accepts these terms and conditions.
1.2 About the competitionParticipation in the competition takes place via the "Like" function of the Facebook fan page or "Follow" function of the Instagram fan page or via the wall (competition post) of the Facebook fan page, by using the Facebook or Instagram "Like" functions and/or the "Comment" function or by using the "Photo post" function. The further dissemination of the content, such as sharing the content via one's own chronicle using Facebook functions, is not a prerequisite for participation in the competition and does not increase the chances of winning in any way.The general data protection provisions of Facebook and Instagram apply. The participants are responsible for the content in the comment fields. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition.To enter the competition, the following steps must be completed according to the details in the competition post:
"Like" the competition post AND/OR-.
Comment" on the competition post AND/OR
Post a photo on the fan page AND/OR
Receive a minimum number of likes for a posted photo AND/OR
Like" the fan page.
1.3 EntryThe competition will begin and end as specified in the post on the Promoter's Fan Page wall. All natural persons resident in Switzerland who are over the age of 17 at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
1.4 PrizesThe prizes for the prize draws will be communicated via the pinboard and correspond to the description in the post. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The prizes will be sent out by the organiser and the winner(s) will be chosen at random. In the case of creative questions or creative photo competitions, a jury may be called in to determine the winner. The participants are responsible for the content in the comment fields. The conditions listed under point 1.6 regarding illegal content on images apply. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Winners will be contacted after the end of the campaign.
1.5 Contacting the winnersThe winners will be contacted after the end of the campaign using the message function. If the winner does not contact the Promoter via Facebook message within the 7 day period, a new winner will be evaluated.
1.6 Exclusion from participationEmployees of the organiser as well as all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. Sweepstake clubs as well as automated sweepstake services are not eligible to participate. The organiser is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, e.g. violation of the conditions of participation, attempted manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action.For photo competitions: pictures with negative, indecent, pornographic, political, racist or religious content are not permitted and excluded from participation. The same applies to contributions that recognisably infringe the rights of third parties. The organiser will immediately remove such content from the fan page and reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any infringement.
1.7 No connection with Facebook or InstagramThis competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook or Instagram is not responsible for any of the content posted as part of this promotion. The recipient of the information provided by the entrant is not Facebook or Instagram, but the Promoter. The Promoter indemnifies Facebook or Instagram against any third party claims in connection with this competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition should not be directed to Facebook or Instagram but to the Promoter at email@example.com.
1.8 Right to cancel/modify the campaignThe Promoter may adjust the campaign at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Campaign for cause. Cancellation for good cause may occur in particular if proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
Swiss law shall apply.
