KoKoTé now carries the Swiss Label

Swiss Label is the trademark of Swiss origin and quality standards

Swiss quality is associated with something of high value both in Switzerland and abroad. Swiss Label, with its crossbow reminiscent of William Tell, is a trademark of Swiss origin and quality standards, and helps to set the company apart from the competition. It also stands for the preservation and promotion of Switzerland as a business location.

The Swiss Label has strict specifications for use, namely that the Swiss value added share must be at least 70%. Several quality controls are carried out every year. This is important because it is a way of guaranteeing that products and services bearing the Swiss Label meet the Swiss quality standard.

At KoKoTé, we place a very high value on good quality and on maintaining and continuing Swiss craftsmanship. Our designer Carsten Jörgensen, who was head designer at Bodum for a long time, together with our production managers, Gönül Avcu and Adriana Voser, ensure that high quality standards are maintained. In addition, we have been working for several months on setting up a leather workshop where we train two apprentices, thus helping to ensure that leather craftsmanship does not disappear in Switzerland. One hundred percent of our products are manufactured in our workshop in Schattdorf, Uri, and we source our materials from sustainable sources and whenever possible from Switzerland or nearby countries.
