General information

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy as well as protection against misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or falsification.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. This website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as pages accessed or the name of the file accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address, are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent.

The security of users is our top priority

JLT Company AG respects the privacy of the users of the website and the online shop. These data protection regulations form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information on the type of user data collected by JLT Company AG and how JLT Company AG uses this data. JLT Company AG complies with the applicable data protection laws and processes personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was transmitted. These data protection provisions are adapted, supplemented or amended from time to time. With each new call or visit to the website, the current, retrievable version applies.

Type of data collected

When visiting the website or the e-shop of JLT Company AG, statistical visitor data is collected on which parts of the website are visited particularly frequently by the respective user. For example, data regarding the browser used by the user, the operating system, weblogs and other connection data may be collected, regardless of whether their collection is necessary for our or other purposes. In this context, it is sometimes necessary to use so-called cookies. This collected data does not contain any personal reference or is sufficiently anonymised so that no conclusions can be drawn about your person.

JLT Company AG does not automatically collect personal data from users, such as their name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. An exception to this is information that the user voluntarily submits to JLT Company AG by filling out website forms or otherwise contacting JLT Company AG via the website.

Use of cookies

JLT Company AG may use cookies in order to continuously improve the website for users. Cookies are small pieces of text information that are stored in your browser and are still available on subsequent visits. This enables us, for example, to retain the shopping basket over several clicks and to apply your language, currency, country of delivery and shipping method settings correctly on your next visit. The cookie itself does not contain any personal data. In most browsers you will find settings to view cookies and delete them if necessary.

PEPPERSESS: Session cookie that identifies your current session. This cookie is deleted after closing the browser.

PPS_LOCALE_INFOS: Permanent cookie which contains the language, country, currency, last session ID, domain of the cookie and the version of this cookie structure. This means that your usual settings will be pre-configured for your next visit.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). You can find further information at: or at http://www.google.com/analytic...

Facebook Pixel

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") for conversion measurement.

This makes it possible to track the behaviour of page visitors after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.

The data collected is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy. This enables Facebook to serve advertisements on Facebook pages as well as outside of Facebook. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as the site operator.

You can find further information on protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can also deactivate the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" in the area of settings for advertisements at https://www.facebook.com/ads/p.... To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable usage-based advertising from Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

Google AdWords

This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google AdWords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, by means of a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or by setting your browser in such a way that cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com" are blocked.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Web Fonts

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

However, the dispatch service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.
